Rochelle has 5 years of experience specialising in temp and business support recruitment in both UK and New Zealand markets. She grew up in Gisborne
and after completing her HR degree at Victoria University, she went overseas and began her recruitment career in London where she worked for the 2nd largest staffing business in the UK.
After being back in New Zealand for 3 years, she has worked for two highly respected agencies in Auckland and has started her journey with Origin Talent to be part of an organisation from its beginnings. She is passionate about partnering with businesses to truly understand their values, culture, workforce requirements and essentially finding them bespoke solutions. Rochelle looks after all temp, contract and permanent recruitment, specifically within the business support sector, which covers a wide range of disciplines.

Will loves working with clients and organisations that see the value of his services, experience and knowledge to help them find the right talent for their business and teams.
Will’s extensive recruitment experience and background has allowed him to recruit from mid-level roles to very senior level roles, where he can comfortably recruit across different industries from IT and technology, professional services, FMCG, insurance and financial services. Will’s strong HR background compliments his recruitment practices where he is able to advise his clients from an HR perspective when required. He has strong commercial acumen and understanding where organisations are in their life cycle which helps with sourcing the right talent and having good conversations with clients and candidates through the recruitment process.
Will is a qualified HR Practitioner with over 15 years of HR and Recruitment experience. He has had the privilege to work with some of New Zealand’s largest organisations as an HR professional and internal recruiter.
