Meet Lexi, Head of Origin Talent.

With over seven years’ experience in recruitment, Lexi has built her career around truly understanding people and companies, their goals, culture, and potential. 

Naturally enthusiastic and genuinely curious, Lexi takes the time to understand who her clients are and what makes their businesses tick. She prides herself on building strong, lasting partnerships and is deeply passionate about candidate experience. For Lexi, recruitment is consultative, thoughtful, and brand-led – ensuring Origin Talent acts as a true extension of each client’s business, leaving no stone unturned.

Lexi holds a Bachelor of Science majoring in Psychology, with a strong focus on Organisational Psychology. Combined with her lived experience from time spent overseas, she brings a deep appreciation for people, culture, and connection into her professional approach.

As Head of Origin Talent, Lexi is the primary point of contact for clients, working closely with them to understand their business goals and what they need to grow. She specialises in strategic matchmaking; connecting the right people with the right roles by deeply understanding both client needs and candidate potential.

Alongside her client-facing role, Lexi oversees the day-to-day operations of the business and sits on the board, contributing to strategic decision-making and the long-term direction of Origin Talent.

Outside of work, you’ll find Lexi spending time with her friends and family, watching formula one, or planning her next big trip to a new country.
