Meet Lexi, Head of Origin Talent. She has been in recruitment for over six years, specialising within New Zealand’s Construction and Manufacturing Industries.

Before making the jump into Business Support across all temp, contract and permanent recruitment. Lexi is a naturally enthusiastic person, who genuinely wants to understand who and what her clients do, creating long lasting partnerships. She is passionate about Candidate experience and making sure Origin is able to be a extension of our clients brands and working consultatively to make sure no stone is left unturned.

With a Bachelor of Science Majoring in Psychology with a strong focus in Organisational Psychology and lived experience spending many of her formative years living in the United States, Lexi has a deep appreciation for travel and people, which she brings into her professional career! Outside of work, she loves exploring new countries and keeping active – with her most recent trip to Southeast Asia ticking all those boxes!
