Lauren is no stranger to recruitment and has gained over 5 years of experience recruiting across a vast range of industries within New Zealand markets, including Construction,
Property & Real Estate, and Business Support.
Lauren grew up in Auckland and Sydney and spent the early stages of her career in Australia working in people-centric environments, before embarking on her recruitment career in Auckland. Lauren looks after all temp, contract and permanent recruitment, specifically within the business support sector, which covers a wide range of disciplines.
She is passionate about partnering with businesses and establishing genuine relationships, to truly understand their values, culture, workforce requirements and essentially finding them bespoke solutions. Lauren likes to work consultatively, ensuring candidates and clients are heard and are kept up to date within the recruitment process.

Tamla has recently returned from a career overseas; she was working as a personal assistant and crew member on superyachts. Since 2016 she has traveled all over the world
from South East Asia, the Americas to Africa. Through this she has gained a diverse amount of experience in effectively communicating with different groups of people.
Tamla has recently joined Origin Talent as our new Candidate Manager. She places high value in getting to know what makes a candidate tick, understanding their values around working culture and lifestyle.
