Jason Beith has over a decade of experience in recruitment in both London and New Zealand. Jason established Infinitas Talent with a focus on the executive recruitment
market across New Zealand in 2018.
Establishing Origin Talent with a great team was a natural next step. Origin's goal is to serve our clients with business support recruitment with an emphasis on tailored solutions to both candidates and clients in that market. With Lauren, Katie & Tamla running the day-to-day recruitment for Origin Talent, we have built an excellent recruitment team offering a bespoke service that is underpinned by strong values and ethics.

Lauren Hetaraka
Lauren is no stranger to recruitment and has gained over 5 years of experience recruiting across a vast range of industries within New Zealand markets, including Construction,
Property & Real Estate, and Business Support.
Lauren grew up in Auckland and Sydney and spent the early stages of her career in Australia working in people-centric environments, before embarking on her recruitment career in Auckland. Lauren looks after all temp, contract and permanent recruitment, specifically within the business support sector, which covers a wide range of disciplines.
She is passionate about partnering with businesses and establishing genuine relationships, to truly understand their values, culture, workforce requirements and essentially finding them bespoke solutions. Lauren likes to work consultatively, ensuring candidates and clients are heard and are kept up to date within the recruitment process.

Tamla Waverley
Tamla returned from a career overseas in 2021; where she was working as the Lead Stewardess and Personal Assistant for a triage of superyachts.
Over 7 years these vessels have let her travel to a diverse number of unspoiled countries and oceans, from the pacific islands through Asia, Africa and the America's. Through this she gained the knack of communicating with different groups of people & a deep appreciation for understanding their culture, food and lifestyles.
Tamla is a Senior Consultant & Manager here at Origin, she places high value on getting to know what makes candidates and clients tick, understanding their values, work culture and upspoken needs. She knows the importance of creating long-lasting professional relationships and will always work hard to create a positive and seamless recruitment experience end to end.

Liam Sharples
Liam joined the Origin team this year - after beginning his recruitment career over in Perth, Australia at the start of 2023.
Before this, Liam spent some time travelling from his home in Dunedin to England, where he played semi-professional rugby and worked in the construction industry for 2 years. Then moving back home to the South Island, he spent two and a half years working in educational support as well as in lead supervisor roles within the sports and recreation industry.
As a Recruitment Consultant, Liam has end-to-end, 360 consultancy experience. Hiring across a wide variety of industries, such as Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Support, Sales, Finance and many more.
Being able to build genuine, honest and trustworthy relationships with people and helping them to succeed professionally and personally has been a driving force into where his career has taken him in the recruitment industry.

Since joining in February 2020, every day has been a fulfilling and exciting new challenge for her, she is committed to supporting the growth and success of Origin. Her previous 3 years specializing in customer service exposed her to a variety of industries and work environments. From Commerce, Insurance, Hospitality to Food Production.
